We offer a full store credit for any orders that do not arrive (monitored through Canada Post tracking) or for any missing items in your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds once payment is received and accepted. Our payment processing company only allows for store credit as available solutions.
Disposable Vape Pen Policy:
If your disposable vape pen is not working straight out of the box, we will issue a replacement. To be entitled for this replacement, please keep all the original packing and parts and report the faulty product within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Edibles in Warm Weather Policy
All of our edibles are kept refrigerated at all times. However, during hotter seasons some edibles may be prone to melting during the shipping process. Unfortunately this is at your own risk, these items may not look ideal but are still 100% good for consuming. No replacements or store credit will be available for these situations.
